What is RVP?
The Reclaiming Vacant Properties Conference (RVP) is the only national event dedicated to tackling vacant, abandoned, and deteriorated properties and advancing community revitalization. Since 2007, RVP has brought together more than 1,000 leaders from local governments, nonprofits, land banks, philanthropy, real estate, and community organizations to share bold ideas and proven strategies. When and where is RVP taking place?
RVP 2026 will be held at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from September 22-25, 2026. Pre-conference events, including the service project and mobile tours, will take place on Tuesday, September 22. Conference panels and plenary sessions will begin on Wednesday, September 23. How do I book my hotel room?

How do I register?
