The Reclaiming Vacant Properties Conference (RVP) is the only national event dedicated to tackling vacant, abandoned, and deteriorated properties and advancing community revitalization. It all began in Pittsburgh in 2007.

In 2026, the Reclaiming Vacant Properties Conference marks nearly two decades as the nation’s leading gathering on transforming vacant spaces into vibrant places.
