Kimberly Perez is the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO at the Center for Community Progress.
Perez’s previous roles include project coordination at Libertas Foundation, legislative support at the New Mexico House of Representatives, reemployment services and unemployment insurance at the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions, and immigration paralegal work at Vrapi Weeks Immigration. Well-versed in human behavior and organizational principles, Perez has a strong commitment to humanitarian work and in helping communities achieve equitable revitalization.
Perez earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in business administration from the University of New Mexico. Perez is based in the Washington, DC office but originally hails from Albuquerque, New Mexico. In her spare time, she enjoys reading fantasy books, astrology, concerts, and long walks with her Pitbull, Pegasus.
