The National Land Bank Network's Emerging Leaders Mentorship Program pairs seasoned leaders in the land banking field with emerging leaders seeking guidance in their roles. New land bank leaders are often forced to learn on the fly and attempt to solve their community’s VAD challenges on their own. This program aims to establish deeper bonds and connections, provide leaders with the support needed to excel, and help advance the field of land banking.

The ideal mentees are individuals new (with less than 5 years of experience in the land banking field) to a leadership role and eager to benefit from the wisdom of experienced mentors who have successfully navigated similar paths.

The ideal mentors are leaders with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the land banking field who are valuable insights and advice to propel the mentees' growth.

Applications are due Tuesday, March 31 at 5:00 PM ET.
